Windsor Test Solutions specializes in designing custom electrical connectors. We have developed automated and manual connectors for electrical test applications such as:

Engineered for safety and performance
By utilizing additive manufacturing technology the connector fit can be quickly adjusted to suit the application. This reduces arc flash incidents by ensuring proper mating of the electrical contacts. Additional connection verification switches and indicators are available for added safety.
We consider multiple factors for each connector design to ensure the connector performs in even the most demanding application. High power connectors undergo additional thermal and component analysis to prevent overheat conditions and prevent voltage leakage.
